Process

How a supervision mandate unfolds

The same path on every mandate: you know who intervenes, when, and what you receive.

  1. Scoping the mandate

We take your approved drawings and specifications, the schedule and the sensitive items, then set the visit frequency.

  2. Site visits

An assigned technician measures the completed work on site and compares it to the design values.

  3. Report after each visit

The follow-up goes to your team: what conforms, what does not, with supporting measurements.

  4. End-of-project file

All reports are handed over structured and dated, ready to archive with your project file.

Your questions

Site supervision: straight answers

How often do we receive progress reports?

As agreed in the mandate: weekly for most active sites, or at key milestones for shorter projects.

What happens if a non-compliance is detected?

It is documented, dated and immediately sent to the project manager, supported by the measurements taken. This traceability protects all parties in case of a dispute.

Can you supervise a site you did not lay out yourself?

Yes, although continuity is an advantage when our team performed the initial layout, we also provide supervision alone, based on approved plans and specifications.
