Industrial survey with zero production downtime

Context: Industrial site in continuous operation, incomplete original plans, expansion project about to start.
Challenge: Document the entire facility without halting production or sending crews through active zones.
Solution: Capture via mobile SLAM scanning while walking, tied into the geodetic network with GNSS and total station, then processed by our computation team.
Result: Georeferenced point cloud delivered to the engineering firm, usable in section and elevation for the whole project.

Context: Public building site with a tight sequence, several trades mobilized simultaneously.
Challenge: Keep pace with the general contractor's layout schedule and catch any deviation before concrete pours.
Solution: Layout per execution drawings, alignment and elevation control during work.
Result: No rework attributable to layout, and as-built documentation ready for handover.

Bathymetry

Mapping a municipal waterway

Context: Municipality needing to design a shoreline structure with no recent data on submerged topography.
Challenge: Achieve a seamless transition between the land survey and the waterbody bottom, including shallow areas.
Solution: Bathymetric sounding with GNSS positioning, tied into the land topographic survey, with data validated by our team.
Result: Continuous land-water model used for the structure's design and the tender file.

Legal

Subdivision and cadastral operation in a built-up area

Context: Subdivision project in an older neighbourhood, with a complex existing cadastre to untangle before any lot division.
Challenge: Reconstruct the title history and confirm occupation limits before preparing a compliant division.
Solution: Title research, survey of occupation, property-limit staking and preparation of the subdivision plan by our land surveyor.
Result: Subdivision plan approved, limits staked on site, and the file forwarded to the notary for the transaction to proceed.
