Géniarp was founded in 1998 by Jean-Luc Bédard. Since 2023, the new owners have carried the company forward in the continuity of the family values he established. Those values show up daily: in how the team is treated, in how clients are answered, and in a refusal to deliver approximate work.

How quickly can you mobilize?

Our crews mobilize across Québec every day, from our head office in Québec City. State the urgency level in your request: urgent mandates are prioritized and a dedicated contact confirms the intervention date.

Do you have 3D capture technology?

Yes. We operate the NavVis VLX3 SLAM mobile scanner, terrestrial and drone LiDAR, robotic total stations, GNSS and echo sounders, with data delivered through a collaborative project platform.

Can you work on active sites without interrupting them?

Mobile scanning captures the environment while walking: we survey your facilities in full operation, with no shutdown and no crew standing idle.

Do you do legal surveying for homeowners?

Yes. Location certificates, staking, subdivision and site plans are carried out year-round for homeowners, notaries, developers and contractors.

Do you work in winter?

Peak outdoor season runs May to November, but legal surveying, indoor 3D scanning and design mandates continue twelve months a year.
