“Can you measure a building to the BOMA standard?”
Yes. We produce the measurement certificate and rentable-area calculation in accordance with the BOMA standard for commercial, industrial and multi-residential buildings, with supporting floor plans.
“Do your files open in Revit?”
Yes. Point clouds are delivered in standard formats (RCP/RCS, E57, LAS) and CAD drawings in DWG, following your templates and layer conventions. Tell us yours at the quote stage.
“We need to document an existing building before designing. Where do we start?”
With a complete existing-conditions survey: 3D scanning inside, ground survey outside. You receive a georeferenced point cloud and the drawings you need — sections, elevations, floor plans.
“What if we need a section that wasn't planned?”
With a point cloud, the data is already there: we extract the missing section or elevation without going back to the site. That is what avoids addenda and return trips.
